Five Simple Meal Ideas
+ an idea to help you on those days you can't even think about what's for dinner
Do you often find yourself struggling to decide what to make for dinner? I can relate – especially lately. With a baby and a new dog in the mix, my brain feels like it's on overloaddddd. To navigate those chaotic days when the kids are a little bonkers or when you're hurrying home to make dinner, having a master list of simple, go-to meals can be a lifesaver. For us, it's often some variation of eggs with vegetables paired with bread. Establishing a meals master list can alleviate that indecision fatigue!
Four other simple meal ideas:
Rice, veggies, and meat stir fry
Pb & jelly sandwiches, with a side of veggies and fruit
Tacos: meat, sour cream, salsa, cheese, veggies, refried beans, etc
Pizza and salad or smoothies
And here’s a recent breakfast dish in our home that everyoneeee loved: BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST BAKE. It was so easy to make and it is easy to double, triple, or whatever batch it. The kids gobbled it up. I’d definitely make it for dinner as it was so filling!
