I'm feeling scatter-brained at the moment, but for the sweetest of all reasons - our fifth sweet baby. But. Amidst all this scatter-brainedness, I believe one area where I have the capacity to focus right now on is meal planning. Never mind keeping up with the house (aka having it nice and tidy by the end of the day in all areas!). Ha. Long gone are those days.
Confession: I'm honestly mentally exhausted thinking about daily meal prep and I'm eager to regain control through better meal planning again. Accountability is key for me to stay on track with many things, and I believe sharing this back to meal planning journey with you could be mutually beneficial. So, I decided to start a meal planning series and am inviting you to join me. How does that sound?
